At Empower Carter County we seek to show the love of Christ to our community through acts of service to those in need. all the while worshiping and learning about God together each day.

1 Peter 4:10-11
10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.

At Empower 2024 we are diving into John 10:10 where Jesus says "I have come that they may have life, and live it to the fullest". Our world has so many Ideas on what it means to live life to the full, whether it's to have your finances in order, be the most popular in your friend group, look a certain way, or have certain things. But Jesus' view of a full life is radically different.
