We believe that being equipped to follow Jesus includes investing in God’s work by investing in the local church. The first community of believers in the New Testament Church were faithfully invested in the work of God (Acts 2:42-47). This investment created a newfound boldness and a generosity that demonstrated the reality of a life changed by the gospel that you can experience as well.

At FCC we want each of us to model a community of Christians who live sacrificial lives of generosity, investing in others across many different areas. From opening our homes to others, to forgiving those who hurt us, generosity takes many forms. This also includes the investment of sacrificial giving — stewardship of your finances. The Apostle Paul was talking about money when he wrote, “Remember this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” (2 Corinthians 9:6).

However, financial giving is not the only investment of generosity we strive for at FCC. We invite you to consider a holistic approach that includes being generous through service, relationships, hospitality, and also, through our wealth.
