When a queen bee dies, a decision must be made. Not in panic. Not in fear. But with purpose.
The hive doesn’t collapse. It adapts.
From a sea of ordinary larvae, a few are chosen. Not because they’re special. But because they could be. They’re fed something extraordinary: royal jelly—the nectar of transformation.
And that’s where the magic begins.
This isn’t fate. It’s nurture.
One larva, fed with care, becomes what no one expected—a queen.
Not born. Made. She will live longer and rebuild order. And where there was silence, she’ll bring rhythm again. Because in a hive, crisis doesn’t create chaos—it creates leadership.
Maybe there’s something in that for us, too. When we lose someone we love, we go through so many emotions. Sometimes our world becomes full of chaos, fear, panic, and lack of purpose. When sorrow hits us, crisis engulfs us. Yet in the midst of that we are empowered. We are nurtured. We are given the ability to tap into our royalty as a child of God. It’s in those times, we remember, I’ve been chosen.
And when things seem to be in chaos in our life…..He brings order. Like the queen bee, we were not born any more special than others. We are nurtured to rise above our chaos, hurt, pain, and grief and the one who nurtures us is the Holy Spirit.
So rest for awhile.
Nurture your heart and soul.
And then raise your head up high and fly.
You are royalty.
